Before you call
It's your fixed conditioned-space rate, including your 2-car garage and porches. Site work, septic, driveway, appliances, and landscaping are priced separately since they vary lot to lot — but those are quoted up front too, not discovered later.
You pay only the difference on that specific item. Your base $250/SF price stays exactly the same.
No — the $250/SF fixed price applies to our BuildSmart™ blueprint: a floor plan we've already priced, refined, and built before. More templates are in development, and you can personalize the finishes on the current plan through your Allowance Guide.
We're happy to take a look. Plans outside our BuildSmart™ blueprint are reviewed individually and may fall outside the fixed $250/SF program depending on complexity — we'll always tell you clearly before you commit to anything.
